Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed for Pre-Order and Back-Order items. In-stock items can be cancelled before shipment, but a 25% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction. Additionally,  reducing the quantity of in-stock items in your order will incur a 15% fee.
